In order to provide our customers with the best quality and customer experience, we have implemented a well thought out cancellation and refund policy.
We plan each project by dividing the work into milestones.
All projects begin with a full discovery/analysis and scoping working document. This is done to ensure that both parties fully understand the work required, thereby eliminating the possibility of projects being cancelled, canceled or contested.
As it takes time to reach each milestone and complete each module, refunds for already completed work are not possible. If the project ends together, the client has control over all the work done, and the payments resulting from the further development are cancelled. Advance payment and deposit are non-refundable.
Payment is non-refundable once the customer has approved the sample plans and we move into the development phase of the project.
Partial refunds are not given for projects in the middle of an interim phase.
Services provided by our marketing team at special events will not be cancelled. These are limited time offers and cannot be cancelled.
SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable, but the customer can cancel with 30 days written notice.
We do not offer deposit refunds or payments for projects that are abandoned or unaccepted for more than 30 days.
